On the occasion of SENSOR+TEST 2008 the SENSOR Innovation Award will be presented for the eighth time. It is endowed with € 10,000 and will be awarded by the AMA Fachverband für Sensorik e.V. (Association for Sensor Technology) – www.ama-sensorik.de.

At the AMA trade press meeting on 14 February 2008, the jury made its decision and nominated three of the submitted innovations for the final award evaluation:
