SENSOR+TEST isn’t just the measurement fair – it is one of the major international scientific forums for sensorics, measuring and testing technologies where researchers and other professionals from all over the world meet to discuss new technologies and the latest processes.

During the trade fair the SENSOR+TEST Conference 2009, the VDI/VDE Expert Forum as well as other partner conferences will take place. The SENSOR+TEST Conference will bring together the consolidated knowledge of the three conferences SENSOR 2009, OPTO 2009 and IRS² 2009. In future they will accompany the SENSOR+TEST every two years, alternating with the Conference „Sensoren und Messsysteme“ (Sensors and Measurement Systems) which will be organised by the Information Technology Society VDE (ITG) and the Society for Measurement and Automatic Control VDI/VDE (GMA).
